Steel City Barn Fire

4200 Block, Lower Saucon Rd., Lower Saucon Twp.
The FFC was dispatched with Steel City Fire for a fully involved Barn Fire. Upon the arrival of E1212, the first due engine, a roughly 150ft by 300ft barn was found to be well involved. The barn and contents were a total loss and crews assisted Station 63 with supression and overhaul. Several agencies were on scene for hours assisting with the efforts. Stations 12, 14, 17, 18, 61, 62, and 63 all with full responses as well as tankers from both Lehigh and Bucks counties: Bucks 40, 42; Lehigh 20, 27; Northampton 15, 28, 46, 53.
